There is no box to speak of for this item. This sale is for Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean Talking Skull Room Alarm. This toy/collectable is from Pirates of the Caribbean 2: Dead Man's Chest.

The Amazon website had the following to say about it:

My son received it as a gift when Pirates of the Caribbean 2: Dead Man's Chest first came out. This skull hung on my son’s door for a few days, before he declared he was scared of it, sorry son. It has been kept in a smoke free home.
